18ct yellow & white gold cast & hand-assembled seven stone natural pink sapphire & diamond set band. Quarter round band measures 2.02mm – 3.22mm. Band is channel set in a white gold rectangular curved block and alternates with four princess cut pink sapphires & four princess cut diamonds. Each shoulder curve dips to the yellow gold band. Stamped 750.
