Each watch is shipped by courier directly to you, fully insured with signature required upon receipt.
Absolutely, we would love to have you visit the store. We are extremely proud to have launched Australia’s very first luxury watch boutique store centered around the pre-owned market. We are open Monday to Friday – 10am to 3pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
Here at The Watch Dealers we have numerous processes in place to asses and prove the authenticity of every watch on offer. If the piece is missing any of its original paperwork TWD will issue the watch with a new certificate of authenticity for the purchaser.

On every product page, an estimated delivery time is indicated. If multiple items are ordered with different delivery estimates, we will ship all the items together. When we have shipped the item(s), delivery should take place within a couple of days in Australia. We do ship our watches all around the world and we will estimate it to you once its been logged in the DHL system
