I reached out to The Watch Dealers before heading on a family vacation and I had expressed intrest in one of their watches before hand. The team assured me that am more than welcome to stop by, so I did just that, I arrived today and instantly new I was in the right place, the shop was immaculate and very smart, each staff member was very friendly and welcoming, all dressed sharp and all made me feel very welcome straight away - these guys are pros, with not only their knowledge but their rapport and customer service skills. I felt great already upon purchasing my new watch but the team made me feel that little extra 'proud' shall we say - very encouraging. I stopped by to have the battery replaced in my watch, and the experience was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Even though a battery replacement normally costs $35, they kindly replaced it free of charge. I also visited with my dog, and they were more than happy to welcome both of us. It was lovely to see they even have their own friendly shop dog, which made the atmosphere feel even more relaxed and inviting. They have an excellent selection of luxury watches, and the customer service is exceptional. I highly recommend The Watch Dealers to anyone looking for quality watches and honest, friendly service.
